Account Manager

Responsibilities:

·      Regular engagement with retailer’s buyers/category managers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized.

·      Responsible for monthly forecast and planning of sales and key account management.

·      Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Ordering team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.

·      Manage and monitor execution performance (brand location, range, stock availability, pricing, share of shelf etc) and active follow up with the team to resolve issues.

·      Propose new product listing, extension & upgrading into the Key Account.

·      Plan, negotiate and execute new launches, campaigns, price increases etc.

·      Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.

·      Ensure post promotional analysis takes place to measure effectiveness.

·      Responsible for submission of regular and timely sales and opportunity reports.

·      Gather and input competitor intelligence.

·      Price analysis of 9retailer supermarket competitors’ products for company brand & pricing strategy.

·      Conduct store visits when required.

·      Any other ad-hoc duties.

Education and Work requirements:

• Degree with class 3 driving license, preferably with own car.

• Experienced in sales, FMCG industry, key account management, or relevant experience.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Analytical with strong financial acumen & proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Hands on individual.
