Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Eysy Digital is a Singapore-based digital marketing consultancy. We help good brands grow by making their digital marketing clearer, easier to manage, and more effective. We partner with clients to turn digital efforts into meaningful business outcomes.

Job Summary

You will own client relationships end to end, translating their goals into effective digital marketing strategies. You will lead meetings with clear insights, coordinate cross-functional teams, and proactively support clients to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships as the trusted point of contact who understands their business goals and challenges
• Prepare and lead client meetings with clear, strategic recommendations beyond status updates
• Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable next steps
• Ask targeted questions to uncover client needs and anticipate challenges before they arise
• Coordinate with creative, media, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain on track and within scope
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and advocate for effective solutions
• Maintain proactive communication to nurture client relationships and provide ongoing value

Who You Are

• You know, or can quickly learn, what good looks like, and can read a campaign or a report and form a view on whether it is working, and why.
• You are honest about what you do not know, and comfortable saying "let me find out" rather than covering a gap.
• You have enough marketing and digital grounding to hold a credible conversation, with genuine depth in at least one area such as performance marketing, content, analytics, SEO, or social media.
• You communicate clearly and warmly, and you make complex things simple.
• You are coachable and eager to grow. We will teach you how we run our client relationships and the craft of leading an account. You bring the instincts and the willingness to learn.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or client-side marketing role
• Hands-on experience or eagerness to learn tools such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, or Google Data Studio
• Ability to manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
