Accounts & Admin Executive

As part of Multidata’s next phase of growth, we are hiring an Accounts & Admin Executive to strengthen our backend and support increasing operational requirements across the business.

This is a newly structured role designed for graduates in accounting/business field who are comfortable working in a digitalised environment.

Multidata operates with structured workflows and integrated systems that support accounting and operational processes. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, maintaining process integrity, and overseeing backend operations so that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role is suited for individuals who are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems, and who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Oversight

• Monitor and analyse key operational and sales metrics through integrated reporting tools
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records

Admin & Coordination

• Support internal coordination across finance and operations
• Assist in maintaining consistency and control across administrative processes
• Support basic HR administrative matters where required

Requirements

•  Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•  Ability to apply accounting concepts in a digitalised business environment.
•  Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
•  Applicants should currently reside in Singapore
