Accounts & Claims Executive

LIM TAN MOTOR PTE LTD, established in the 1970s, specializes in vehicle repairs including accident repair, bodywork, spray painting, servicing, fleet maintenance, insurance renewal, and car leasing. It is an authorized workshop for multiple insurance companies and serves various government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
• Provided administrative support and coordinated motor accident claims with insurance representatives.
• Provide front desk support, including assisting walk-in customers and handling phone enquiries.
• Perform general administrative and carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Covers other ad hoc administrative & front desk duties

Job Requirement:

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good Interpersonal and communications skill
• Good knowledge in MS office Applications especially Excel, Word
• Exposure to programme management, time management and problem solving skills
• Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), customer service, or a related field will be an advantage.

• Salary up to $3,500 depending on qualifications and experience
• Work schedule: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
