• Position : Accounts Receivables Admin (Debt/Loan Recovery Experience) - Sin Ming Dr
• Location : Sin Ming Drive
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Effective and timely collection and recovery of hire purchase instalments in a fast-moving environment
• Review aging listing to ensure all overdue accounts / high dollar-value accounts are worked on and delinquency is reduced
• Negotiate with delinquent hirers on repayment arrangements
• Monitor outgoing vehicle ownership transfers via LTA’s alerts and ensure timely receipt of full settlement from hirers before LTA’s final deadline
• Handle customers’ enquiries on repossessed vehicles and loan redemptions
• Handle disposal of repossessed vehicles
• Handle the recovery of shortfall after the disposal of vehicles from tender sales
• Follow up with the company’s solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Collections department

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
