We are looking for a responsible and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in office administration and customer support.
Training will be provided, and you will work closely with an experienced team in a stable and growing food distribution company.
Key in invoices, delivery orders, and other documents into the system.
Receive and process customer orders.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Answer phone calls and respond to basic customer enquiries.
Assist with filing, document preparation, and general administrative duties.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to converse in English.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
Willing to learn and take initiative.
Careful, responsible, and able to work in a team.
