Job Description - Admin

Requirements and Skills 

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.

• Languages: Proficiency in English is standard, 

Attributes: Meticulous, organized, and capable of multi-tasking

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

Office & Clerical Duties:

    Respond to emails and prepare work reports (in both English )

    Organise and archive documents, data entry, printing and photocopying

    Answer phone calls, send and receive couriers, and manage office supplies

    Assist with simple order processing, account reconciliation and data statistics

    Complete other administrative tasks assigned by management

Hand Packing Duties:

    Clean, fold and bag products according to order requirements

    Label, box and seal cartons for dispatch

    Ensure packing quantity is accurate, appearance is neat, and quality standards are met

    Maintain a clean and organised packing area

Requirements

    Proficient in both English  (able to reply to emails and handle basic written communication in English)

    Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

    Detail-oriented and responsible, able to focus on repetitive manual tasks

    Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues

    Comfortable with alternating between clerical and manual work
