About the Role

We are a small Singapore construction cum renovation company looking for a responsible and independent team player to support our office operations. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys a varied job scope and is able to work independently with minimal or zero supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR such as Work Permit and S Pass administration (application/renewal/transfer/cancellation, onboarding etc), including related MOM matters.
• Support general office administration, including assisting to prepare quotations and purchasing of materials or office supplies when needed.
• Provide office IT support, including PC setup, software installation, email configuration and basic office network administration (if any/needed).
• Assists with company website updates and maintenance (Siteground's Wordpress) and other office support duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean or PR will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Able to independently handle Singapore Work Permit and S Pass matters from application through to issuance, renewal and cancellation etc.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook and general office IT support.
• Familiar with PC hardware, software installation, shared folders and user access permissions.
• Able to work independently with minimal or zero supervision.
• Responsible, highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, have initiative and have high discretion when dealing with confidential records.
• Experience in the construction/renovation industry will be an advantage.
