Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations and maintenance
• Generate accurate client invoices and follow up on receivables
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and deliveries
• Source suppliers locally and overseas; obtain and compare quotations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Support HR administration including work permits, overtime, and MOM/IRAS enquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Process e-commerce orders from Shopify, Amazon, and other platforms
• Verify supplier bills and prepare payment submissions
• Provide general administrative support as required
