Job Summary

Support daily administrative and store operations by managing data entry, customer enquiries, inventory tasks, and document preparation to ensure smooth business functions.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data, files, and reports to support administrative processes
• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries to provide clear information and assistance
• Assist with inventory management by receiving stock, conducting stock counts, and replenishing items to maintain optimal levels
• Coordinate delivery schedules and update inventory records to ensure timely and accurate stock movement
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders to support sales and procurement activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store and office to provide a safe and efficient work environment
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments to facilitate smooth operations
• Complete ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or store management roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
• Demonstrated responsibility, organisation, and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
