Admin Assistant (Client Services & Corporate Operations)

Margin Wheeler is expanding, and we are looking for a high-calibre, detail-driven Admin Assistant to join our team.

This is not a typical admin role. It is a client-facing operational role that requires precision, accountability, and the ability to deliver consistently at a high standard.

About the Role

This role is primarily focused on providing administrative services to our clients, ensuring that their corporate and compliance matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and without delay.

You will also support internal administrative operations, but your core responsibility is to deliver a smooth, professional, and dependable client experience.

This role is suited for individuals who take pride in doing things properly, not just quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Administrative Support (Primary Focus)

  • Handle administrative requests from clients with accuracy and professionalism
  • Prepare, review, and process client-related documents
  • Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver services on time
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items to avoid delays

Internal Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and internal records
  • Support internal coordination across departments
  • Assist with data entry and operational tasks
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative assignments

Performance Expectations

  • Accuracy: Work should be completed with minimal errors and strong attention to detail
  • Responsiveness: Timely follow-ups and updates, especially for client-related matters
  • Ownership: Ability to see tasks through to completion without constant supervision

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior administrative or client servicing experience is an advantage
