Job Summary

Perform general office duties to support smooth operations, including managing communications, coordinating supplies and maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and provide professional reception support to ensure effective communication flow
• Receive and date-stamp all incoming mail to maintain accurate mail tracking and processing
• Monitor and order office and warehouse stationery, PPE, and consumables to maintain adequate stock levels
• Assist in verifying GST figures to support accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate disposal of coolant, carton boxes, crates, and wooden pallets to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Arrange calibration, maintenance, and repairs for warehouse equipment and instruments to ensure operational reliability
• File Goods Received Notes (GRNs), payment vouchers, shipping documents, correspondence, and invoices to maintain organized and accessible records
• Help with data entry into system
