Admin Assistant

• Position : Admin Assistant
• Location : East – Ubi (Near MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Service & Maintenance

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general enquiries.
• Prepare job orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Maintain and update records, documents, and filing.
• Arrange meetings and support calendar scheduling.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team on material collection.
• Provide simple administrative support to other departments when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" levels or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or logistics involving coordination or planning.
