Admin Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible Administrative Executive to provide direct administrative support to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director.
• Carry out assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow instructions carefully and execute them precisely.
• Coordinate and manage administrative documentation and records.
• Assist with scheduling, communication, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Singaporean preferred.
• No high academic qualifications required.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions strictly and work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working arrangements.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Working Arrangement
