Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactiveAdmin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of thecompany. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office operations,maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal departments and externalvendors, and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle daily administrative duties and ensuresmooth office operations.
· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, andservice providers for office maintenance and repairs.
· Prepare purchase requisitions, get quotations,and process invoices for payment.
· Maintain proper filing systems and ensuredocuments are updated.
· Arrange courier services, incoming and outgoingmail, and document distribution.
· Liaise with internal departments to provideadministrative support.
· Ensure office policies and procedures arefollowed.
· Perform any other ad-hoc administrative dutiesassigned by the superior.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or anequivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
