Job Description - ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Provide professional front desk and customer service support.
  • Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Maintain document filing and administrative records.
  • Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with routine HR administrative duties.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Perform other general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel &PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with Google Mail and web browsers (e.g.Chrome, Microsoft Edge).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in administration and front desk support.
  • Experience working in a school environment is an advantage
