Job Description - Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Full Time Administrative Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management.

Working Days: 5Days

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and customer transactions.
  • Process online orders efficiently, including packing and arranging logistics.
  • Process returned mails.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Basic bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • QA check for the production

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles is preferred .
