Admin Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing service orders, scheduling and product ordering etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process Service Order

· Create and maintain the daily schedule for technicians.

· Order required products and materials

· Scan and digitize important documents for efficient record-keeping

· Assist with general administrative duties

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

· Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

· Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

· Min “N” level

Working Conditions:

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park

Working hr: Mon-Fri 8:30pm to 6pm, Sat 8:30 to 12:30pm
