Job Description - Admin Assistant

5 Days Work
Construction Industry

Job Scope

Collating and filing Managing Director and drivers’ monthly expense claims
Assist in Hotel and Travel bookings
Handling of Company insurances
Oversee and maintain upkeep of the Company’s vehicles
Responsible for the maintenance of the building
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders
Perform administrative duties
Providing administrative support to HR department

Requirement

Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline
Preferred 1 year of related working experience in Construction Industry
