Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine administrative duties, including maintaining project files and filing quality records.
• Manage procurement of construction materials and hardware.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as monitoring and backing up project WhatsApp groups, processing materials RMA, checking attendance via the time management system, and managing claim forms.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and paper) for quick retrieval.
• Update and maintain databases for stock control records, schedules, and VO/SOI with precision.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Assist in preparing project reports and submissions to clients.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project management.
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to work independently when required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
