Admin Assistant (Boon Lay)

Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,500
Location: Gul Road (Company transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle reception duties including answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain related records.
• Update supplier delivery performance records.
• Maintain staff attendance records, including medical leave, lateness and absences.
• Update and file employee training records in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Order office and pantry supplies, including lunch, drinking water and other consumables.
• Maintain proper filing of documents such as Delivery Orders, service reports and general correspondence.
• Update staff movement records.
• Arrange air ticket and hotel bookings for business travel.
• Liaise with vendors for office supplies, cleaning services, uniforms and laundry services.
• Assist in organising company welfare activities and staff events.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other adhoc duties assigned by the Admin Manager.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
• At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
