Job Purpose: The Administrative cum Delivery Assistant plays a dual role in ensuring smooth office operations and executing the seamless delivery and collection of rental vehicles. This role bridges the gap between customer service, fleet logistics, and administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Customer Service:
Prepare and process vehicle rental agreements, invoices, and receipts using the company’s management system.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins regarding vehicle availability, rates, and terms.
Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records of customer profiles, insurance claims, and vehicle maintenance logs.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle servicing, road tax renewals, and VICOM inspections.
Vehicle Delivery & Logistics:
Drive and deliver rental vehicles safely to designated locations (e.g., airports, hotels, corporate offices) and hand them over to customers.
Conduct thorough pre-and post-rental vehicle inspections alongside customers, accurately documenting existing damages, fuel levels, and cleanliness on the vehicle condition report.
Collect and return vehicles from customers upon expiry of the rental lease.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, vacuumed, and adequately fueled before handing them over to the next customer.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.
Must possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore Driving License and a clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
