Job Description - Admin Assistant [Construction]

Job Highlights

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Job Responsibilities: -

In-charge of processing quotations to clients
Attending site-meeting with superior, whenever is required
Taking down minutes of meeting
Basic data-entry
Able to perform ad-hoc duties from time-to-time as required

Job Requirements: -

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidate must have at least 1-year administrative work experience in construction sector
Able to converse in English and Chinese
