$2,000 - 2,400 monthly

Job Description - Admin Assistant cum Receptionist

Location: Bukit Batok Crescent

Working Days: Weekdays and alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Maintain and update client and customer records.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with clients and customers.
  • Check and record customer payments daily.
  • Update payment details in the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate with both Chinese- and English-speaking clients and customers.
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
