Admin Assistant (Customer Support / 5 days / West)

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• To process all customers’ request & enquiries pertaining to card programming and logger transactions
• To assists Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of card access programming
• Be responsible in processing report according to customers’ request or schedule
• To perform downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Centre
• Conduct periodic backup & archive customers’ history transactions and database
• Any others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
