ADMIN ASSISTANT (HEALTHCARE) - 1 YEAR CONTRACT #HJY

Location: Outram Park
Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: $2580

Working days and hours:
- Office Hours, 5 day work week

Job Description:
- Daily data entry, summarizing and categorizing of patients’ compliments and feedback into customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Generate qualitative data for monthly staff compliments
- Generate quantitative reports and charts for patient experience survey data, including data scrubbing
- Assist with coordination of staff service and communication trainings
- Support PX initiatives/events and other adhoc duties

Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field
- No exp. needed, training will be provided
