Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our daily admin and basic finance work. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, responsible, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and maintain documents so records are clear and easy to access
• Support daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Prepare invoices and quotations accurately and on time
• Handle simple bookkeeping and track basic financial transactions
• Monitor project payments and expenses
• Manage receipts, supplier invoices, and assist with simple reconciliations
• Coordinate with the team to ensure documents and records are up to date
• Maintain an organised digital filing system using Google Drive

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Education in Finance
• Basic knowledge of admin or finance work
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and organised in handling tasks
• Prior experience in a relevant industry a plus
