Admin Assistant (Jurong East5 days)

📍 Location: Jurong East (10 mins by bus from MRT)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Up to $3200 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
• Handle data entry, filing, and preparation of documents and reports
• Assist in coordinating office operations, meetings, and schedules
• Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail efficiently
• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
