We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us in either of the following roles:
1. Admin & Logistics Assistant
Support our Logistics Team in coordinating materials and operations with schools. This role involves handling logistics arrangements, preparing competition materials, and ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of materials required for our competitions and events.
2. Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist supports the administration of competitions and assists in providing customer service to Singapore students and parents. This role focuses on execution and support, working closely with senior team members to ensure competitions run smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities (Admin & Logistics Assistant)
• Coordinate with schools on the delivery and collection of competition materials
• Prepare, pack, and organize materials for competitions and events
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate logistics records
• Support logistics and operational activities during competition periods
• Assist with administrative and logistics tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities (Customer Service Specialist)
• Respond to enquiries from students, parents, schools, and partners via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information on registrations, competition schedules, training programmes, and related services
• Support competition administration, including registrations, data verification, and preparation of competition-related documents
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases as required
• Escalate complex enquiries when necessary and provide administrative support to ensure smooth competition operations
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak competition periods
