Our Client, a Singapore-based logistics and freight forwarding company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Admin Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other administrative documents.
Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic) and ensure records are up to date.
Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and transport personnel on administrative matters.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and liaise with suppliers when required.
Support data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice checking, petty cash, and document submission to the accounts department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier arrangements, and document distribution.
Assist in preparing reports and other documentation as assigned.
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum GCE "O" Level
Minimum 1 year of admin experience
Candidates residing in the East zone are preferred (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Hougang, Sengkang)
OTHER INFORMATION:
Location: Changi
Working Days/Hours: 5 Days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
