Job Description - Admin Assistant (Maritime/Oil Trading, up to $3,500)

Deliver administrative support to the staff in Safety and Operations Department.
Distribute Notices to Mariners, Port Marine/Shipping Circulars and Notices, safety circulars, training materials, documents and amendments to vessels.
Handle and maintain records of all Department invoices.
Organize and uphold statistics of all casualties and incidents reported by vessel.

Requirements:

Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 years of working experience in Oil Trading industry.
