Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries
• Assist in manpower/equipment planning, booking and sourcing
• Update of daily and monthly manpower/equipments booking records
• Assist in all documentation works
• Coordinating works between various departments
• Ad-hoc administrative works

Requirements:

• Min qualification GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good command in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/workers
• Able to work under fast pace environment and deliver tight work schedules
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Working location in west
• 5.5 days week
