Job Description - Admin Assistant (Ubi)

  • Provide administrative support for Adult Educators (AEs) and learners across all WSQ programmes.

  • Manage service requests, including withdrawals, training or assessment rescheduling, reassessments, and deferments.

  • Verify learner attendance records, review past module results, and process approvals of current module results within the training management system.

  • Respond to and resolve enquiries received through the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) within the stipulated service timeline.

  • Ensure learner enrolment and attendance records are accurately captured and updated in a timely manner.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties related to training administration as assigned.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or related role.

  • Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage non-routine and escalated cases professionally and effectively.

  • Resourceful team player who is adaptable, open-minded, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service and operations environment.
