Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Admin Assistant located in Choa Chu Kang . Our client is one of food product suppliers and you will need to manage correspondences through emails, phone calls, and hardcopy letters, as well as process various requests, records, and documents. Your responsibilities also include general administrative tasks like data entry, photocopying, and filing. Additionally, you will assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when needed and handle any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level and above
• Able to work independently and an excellent team player who is task-orientated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and has Good Excel Skills
