Job Description - Admin Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with team members across various levels in a multicultural organization to support daily operations
  • Use MS Word and Excel to track expiry items and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with internal staff and external contacts via phone and email to facilitate information flow
  • Provide general administrative support including answering phones, handling mail, and scheduling meetings to support team productivity
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic company records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Assist in procuring office supplies and necessary items to maintain operational readiness
  • Prepare daily delivery orders and coordinate with drivers and installation teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Distribute approved production job sheets to relevant departments to support workflow
  • Schedule production items to prepare for installations, ensuring readiness and efficiency
  • File and track withdrawn stock to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist in renewing and applying for workers’ training courses before expiry to ensure compliance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and company needs
