Admin (Communications)***

This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in One North.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the AI tools SharePoint site to ensure content remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
• Ownership of supporting training and adoption materials (user guides, presentations, FAQs, quick-reference resources, and communications content).
• Facilitate AI training sessions, workshops, and adoption events.
• Onboarding of new AI tool users and manage logistics for adoption activities.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics.
• Gather user feedback for continuous improvements on training content and delivery.
• Internal communication campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools.
• Create contents for newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Create media assets such as banners, infographics, and short videos.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, instructional design, or a related field.
• AI competency (including self-directed AI literacy development and practical use of AI tools to improve personal or team productivity).
• Stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
• Experience organising training events or workshops
• Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate) - advantageous
• Experience in training delivery or change management - advantageous
