ADMIN COORDINATOR

Job Summary

Perform administrative tasks including preparing invoices and payment vouchers, managing workflow, maintaining records, and professionally handling customer inquiries via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, cheques, quotations, and payment vouchers accurately to support financial processes
• Coordinate and manage daily workflow to ensure smooth office operations
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
• Enter data precisely to support bookkeeping and record-keeping activities
• Perform bookkeeping tasks to track financial transactions and support accounting
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via emails and phone calls to provide timely assistance
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong customer relations and administrative support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant administrative or accounting experience
• Basic accounting knowledge to assist with bookkeeping and financial documentation
• Customer service orientation to effectively engage and assist customers
• Ability to commit to working 5.5 to 6 days per week
• Strong multitasking skills to handle diverse administrative and customer service duties
