Job Description - Admin Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

Work progress schedule arrangement, tracking & follow-up.
Prepare invoices for Clients.
Key-in purchase order to computer.
Manage & prepare hardware stock & store.
Liaise with the factory & installer for a materials purchase order.
Manage worker welfare & safety.
Min. GCE ‘N’ Level/ITE/O'Level
Min. 2 years of Admin experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers.
Computer literacy skills.
5.5 working days
Only Singaporeans / PR / Malaysians may apply
