Admin Coordinator (Office/ Marine/ Shipyard docs/ West)

• Location: Tuas West Rd MRT

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks.
• Communicate with the principal, agents, forwarders, operation staffs by phone, email and/or in-person
• Familiarity with PSA port procedures, shipyard documentation, travel arrangements
• Maintain filing and ensure date accuracy
• Process invoices and create WOS
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in admin
• Proficient in computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to start immediately / on short notice
