Job Description - admin cum HR

General administrative task & support
Handle quotations, invoices, accounts receivable and payable & HR - infotech system
Updating daily and monthly financial transactions and operations for the office
Handle quarterly Goods and Services Tax filing
Administering payroll & maintaining employee records such as leave and MC records
Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
Handle MOM matters including work pass application/renewal/ cancellation
Data entry and filling
Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.

Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Min. 3 to 5 years of admin experience
Good working attitude
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
