Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Travel Coordination
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of employment-related documents and staff records.
• Support monthly payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee expense claims.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters via the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements for management, including flight bookings, accommodation, visa applications, and travel documentation.
• Liaise with travel agencies, visa agents, and external service providers to ensure smooth travel planning and compliance.
General Administration
• Manage day-to-day office administrative duties, including handling calls, correspondence, courier arrangements, and document filing.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality of company information. • Monitor office supplies, pantry inventory, and company assets.
• Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements
• Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Keen interest in HR administration, work pass matters, travel coordination, and compliance processes.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
