Admin cum Marketing Executive

Vfix Aircon Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and responsible Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and documents.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate appointments.
• Manage social media and assist with marketing activities.
• Support daily office operations and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Experience in administration or marketing is an advantage.
