Working Days: 5 day a week (Mon - Fri)
Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Lunch: 12noon-1pm)
Working Location: Kallang Place
Salary: $2200- $2400 (subjected to experiences) 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration
• Prepare sales, delivery and invoice/e-invoice documents
• Coordinate procurement, courier arrangements and goods receiving
• Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and facilities
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Provide general administrative support
• Coordinate fitting/measurement exercises and data entry
• Prepare labels/chips/trims/fabrics for suppliers
• Arrange for production and conduct quality check before arrangement for delivery
• Monitor factory work-in-progress (WIP) and consolidate shipments
• Update customer on the status of their uniform orders

Requirement:

• Knowledge of computer/ digital technology
