Admin Executive

The Whole Kitchen is a healthy gluten free bakery in Singapore. We are looking to grow our team and business and are looking for a full time Administrative Executive to support our Administrative Manager.

Job Description :

• Performing invoices and purchase order
• Preparing of the deliveries/ logistics matter/ packaging matter
• Price Comparison and price negotiation skill
• Liaison with suppliers
• Coordinate with finance department on various payment issues
• Assisting on the month end inventory stock take
• Assisting in maintaining & updating the list of ingredients / products for Halal & ISO 22000 Certification etc
• Performing general administrative duties (e.g. data entry, document scanning, filing etc)
• Preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Preferred experience with handling of Halal certification or Halal related Job scope
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

5.5 days - must be able to work Saturday Half Days
