Admin Executive

Basic information: 

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Basic UP $3000
• Location: Scotts Road
• Bonuses provided

Job Scope:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Manage end-to-end business documentation, including preparation, formatting, proofreading, and submission
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain administrative records for operational support
• Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval
• Support management and cross-functional teams with coordination and assigned tasks
• Handle ad-hoc duties and special projects as required to support business needs
  

Additional Information: 

• Min 2 years of related admin experience  
• Min Diploma
