Hiring: Admin Executive (Funeral Services)

📍 Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore

💰 Salary: S$1,800 - S$2,200

🕘 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Sundays off

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate expense claims
• Handle paperwork, document preparation, filing, and electronic submissions
• Provide administrative support to management and team members
• Assist with ad hoc and urgent tasks when required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fast learner with strong organisational and time management skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Candidates with prior administrative experience in the funeral, healthcare, or service industry will have an added advantage.
