Admin Executive

• Permanent position, Salary up to $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, correspondence, and expense claims.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Act as the key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and confidential communication.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for regional leadership and visiting guests.
• Support daily administrative operations, including mail distribution, claims, invoice processing, travel arrangements, and report preparation.
• Assist the HOD with documentation, information collation, and ad hoc administrative duties.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR programmes and events.
• Process CSR-related claims, invoices, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in executive or administrative support.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
