Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, filing systems, and visitor reception.

2. Assist management with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and report organization.

3. Arrange travel for management and staff, including flight tickets, hotels, transport, and itinerary coordination.

4. Support basic HR tasks, such as onboarding/offboarding, personnel file maintenance, and attendance tracking.

5. Assist in organizing company events, such as team-building activities, company anniversaries, annual dinners, and other internal events.

6. Provide administrative support for company projects and ad-hoc tasks.

7. Ensure smooth and efficient office operations to support overall company performance.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields, candidates with prior Personal Assistant (PA) experience are preferred .

2. 1–3 years of administrative experience; experience in shipping, logistics, or office coordination preferred.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong document preparation and reporting skills.

4. Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.

5. Fluent in English and Mandarin; basic HR knowledge and personnel file management skills.

Salary & Benefits

· Monthly Salary: S$3,200 – S$3,800, Negotiable
