Job Summary

Join our team as an Admin Executive to provide organized, detail-oriented administrative support that ensures smooth daily operations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative support to multiple departments to facilitate efficient operations
• Prepare accurate documents, reports, and correspondence to support business communication
• Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance
• Coordinate meetings and appointments to optimize team schedules and collaboration
• Enter and maintain data records to ensure up-to-date and accurate information management
• Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support operational needs
• Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned to support organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Gmail
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
