We are a growing carpentry manufacturing company seeking a reliable and organised Admin Executive to support daily factory and office operations.
đź› Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative duties (filing, emails, documentation)
Coordinate production schedules with factory team and supervisors
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and customers on orders and delivery timelines
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
Maintain proper records of inventory, materials, and job orders
Support project coordination and ensure smooth workflow between office and factory
Assist management with reports and ad hoc duties
📌 Requirements
Diploma / Nitec in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years admin experience (experience in construction / carpentry / manufacturing is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting systems
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus for supplier coordination)
